These terms govern your use of the Adaptivv website at adaptivv.site, including the interactive demo and early-access enquiries. By using the site you agree to them. Terms for the learning platform itself, including accounts, subscriptions and uploaded content, will be published before it is made available.

Access and use

You may browse the site and use the demo for lawful, personal or internal business evaluation. Submitting an early-access request does not create a customer relationship, a subscription or a guarantee of access. Features, plans and prices shown on the site describe our offering as currently planned and may change.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information when you submit a form.
• Do not submit confidential, sensitive or third-party personal data through the forms.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt or probe the site, scrape it at scale, submit malicious content, misuse the forms to send spam, or use the site to break the law or infringe others’ rights.

Sample data and the demo

The demo uses fictional data and simulated actions. Nothing in it reflects real learners, real results or real company performance, and no messages are sent from it.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, logo and software are owned by Adaptivv or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them beyond what the law allows without our written permission. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The site and demo are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Demo content is illustrative and is not educational, career or exam advice, and does not guarantee any learning outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Adaptivv is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for it and USD 100.

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party sites such as LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.
