Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Adaptivv (“we”, “us”) collects through adaptivv.site, why, and what choices you have. Adaptivv is currently building its learning platform; this policy covers the marketing website, the interactive demo and early-access enquiries. When accounts and learning features launch, we will publish an updated policy covering that data before collecting it.

Information we collect

• Information you submit. When you use the early-access or contact form we receive your name, email address, and any of the following you choose to provide: company or institution, size, primary use case, topic and message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to serve the site and keep it secure.
• The interactive demo. The demo runs in your browser with sample data. What you do in it is not sent to us or stored on a server.

The website does not set advertising cookies and we do not use third-party analytics at the time of writing.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you request it, to contact you about early access.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.

We do not sell personal information.

Who processes it for us

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a transactional email service, and the site is served by a hosting provider. These providers process data only to provide those services. Providers may change as the company grows; this page will be updated when they do.

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to run the early-access programme, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, email yusuf@adaptivv.site.

Security

Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through it.
